Ethical Leadership for Civic Movements

This program provides emerging leaders with practical tools to combat corruption and promote transparency within the Dominican Republic. It focuses on the core principles of integrity, accountability, and ethical decision-making required for grassroots leadership. Participants will examine strategies for community building, methods for restoring faith in democratic institutions, and techniques for organizing collective action. The curriculum is designed to produce courageous leaders capable of driving state reforms and upholding the values of the Misión Bukele RD movement.
